This is a bread roll that is something in between a bread roll and a flat bread. Works great on a low-carb, high-protein diet.  They are a great breakfast breads that can be used as hamburger buns.

Recipe:

3 eggs
75 ml virgin rapeseed oil (or any other oil)
3 tablespoons of crushed flaxseed
3 tablespoons psyllium husk
½ tbsp baking powder
a pinch of salt

Feel free to add any other seeds or spices. I usually put in a half a handful of sunflower seeds.

Separate the egg yolkes from the egg whites and stir the oil into the egg yolks, about a teaspoon at a time at first and then more and more oil at a time so that the yolk and oil mix together.
Beat egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Mix all the dry ingredients and fold them into the egg whites
Stir the egg yolk-mix gently into the egg whites.
Make six Flat-bread shapes on greased baking sheet or parchment paper and bake at 150 degrees C  for about 20-25 minutes.
